postage? |
|
Postage is now FREE on all products. You should receive your goods within ten days of us
receiving your money, or in the case of schools,
from the date of placing your order. |

| We are a school, how can we place
an order? |
| If you are a school please order by purchase order in the normal manner. If you would like
to order any of our books you can download a copy of
our order form to send in the
post. Unless you have an account, payment is
required at time of ordering. Cheques payable
to Neate Publishing Ltd. |

I am interested in becoming an
author. How do I get in touch? |
| We welcome all
ideas for publishing. We specialise in primary age
children and would like to hear from any potential
authors. Get in touch by post.
Please do not send emails with attachments. We
do not open them. We would particularly
welcome ideas for new role play packs. |

Do you pay return
postage? |

Unfortunately,
being a small company, we are unable to pay return
postage. However, if an error has been made
with your order please contact us and alternative
arrangements will be made. |

to consult on a project or 'road test' new resources
being developed, please contact us for further
details. |

| All schools can
set up an account - school purchase orders are just
fine. Other businesses need to apply. |

non account orders is required at time of ordering. |
